Our Story
Ten years ago, we began our journey by creating a unique opportunity for people from all over the world to experience the essence of hiking.
Iguassu Secret Falls was born in 2016, the result of a personal experience of our CEO, Andre Alliana. An environmentalist and adventurer, Alliana hosted a French tourist through the Couchsurfing Project in Foz do Iguaçu and invited her to visit a waterfall where he himself used to play as a child. The place is only known to long-time residents of the city, and the tourist was completely enchanted.

Important Details: Volunteer Activity: This expedition is purpose-driven. There is no registration fee, only the donation of your time and energy to our ecosystem.
Starting Point: Cutia Waterfall.
Arrival Point: Mouth of the Sao Joao River.
Difficulty Level: Moderate (involves physical effort and environmental awareness).
What's included:
Guidance from the Secret Falls team, waste collection bags, and security logistics.
What to pack in your backpack? Protective gloves (if you have them).
Sunscreen and insect repellent.
Your water bottle (reusable, of course!).
Camera or cell phone (to capture the beauty, but also the focus and the work!).
